- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Please advise the front desk one hour before checking-out.
- All accounts must be settled before any baggage may be removed from the room. We accept cash and credit cards. Personal checks are not honored.
- No payments shall be made to any staff except the desk clerk at the Front Desk.
- Please leave your keys at the Front Desk whenever you leave your room.
- Guests are requested to deposit their cash and other valuables at the Front Desk for safe keeping. Management will not be responsible for loss of valuables.
- Gambling, smoking and use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the room.
- No chewing of Momma.
- Any damage to property or loss of equipment by the guest or their visitor/s will be charged to the guest’s account.
- As an added security measure you are advised to make use of the double lock on your door when you are inside the room. Likewise, please make sure that your door is locked when you go out of your room.
- COOKING, WASHING AND HANGING OF WET CLOTHES, IRONING AND USE OF OTHER ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES NOT PROVIDED IN THE ROOM BY THE HOTEL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Pets of any kind are not allowed.
- Please observe electric power and water conservation. Turn off lights and water when not in use.
- Please observe silence after 10:00 in the evening.
- Bringing in of food and drinks and conducting picnics and parties inside the room are prohibited.
- Advance payment is required for guest’s staying overnight as well as updating of deposit for long staying guests.
